PRESS RELEASE

Greensolver are pleased to announce that we advised Apex Energies for the vendor due diligence of their portfolio. As you may know, Macquarie Asset Management has announced last Friday their intention to acquire 90% of Apex Energies.

Conducting the vendor due diligence

The due diligence was conducted over 530 assets in France totaling 92 MW of assets in operation. With 2.2GW of pipeline under development, Apex Energies benefits from exceptional development perspectives!

The vendor due diligence covered the review of the energy yield assessment, post-construction yield assessment, critical review of the equipment, EPC/O&M contract reviews, site inspections and Apex OPEX in-depth analysis with regard to a benchmark. We also supported Apex Energies managing the Q&A and interactions with the buyers.

Carla Vico, CEO of Greensolver comments:

“We are proud of our renewed trust with Apex Energies, for whom we have carried out numerous technical due diligences. This mandate highlights Greensolver’s ability to continue our long-term collaboration with Apex Energies”.
