Benefits of working for Greensolver

Eleanna Komninou

Junior Asset Manager

“After graduating with a Masters in Energy, Trade and Finance, I wanted to enter the ever-evolving renewable energy industry – the sector of the future. Greensolver has been one of the options I was exploring and the reason I joined is that Greensolver is a very approachable and diverse environment. It has given me the opportunity to learn a lot as I see projects from their initial implementation stage, through to their execution and operational stage. I am currently undertaking the roles of the Client Country Specific Project Manager and of the Junior Technical Asset Manager. Amongst my tasks, I oversee and manage the development of a portfolio of Solar PV projects in Greece, coordinating multiple stakeholders in order to streamline the development process and support the Technical team with the management of the Wind Farms.”

Gareth Wilson

Technical Asset Manager

“I have been working in renewables since 2010. In my previous company I was a Field Area Manager for a leading wind turbine manufacturer. What attracted me to Greensolver was the opportunity to use my experience in both asset management and being a technician. I am in charge of the daily operations of our British assets, which requires me to travel to different sites across the country, to undertake wind turbine inspections, then create follow-up reports for our clients. Another appeal of Greensolver is their flexibility. I have the opportunity to work remotely as it is easier for me to visit sites, and I save the daily commute of travelling into our London office. This enables me to deliver a better service to our clients and to complete my deadlines at greater ease.”

Agnès Fontaine

Technical Advisory Services Coordinator

“I have been working in the renewables industry since 2003 as a wind and solar consultant. Greensolver was a company I wanted to work for as they are dedicated to being a service-only provider and Technical Advisory is my expertise. I was also intrigued about the markets they wanted to enter, such as Greece. Most people would agree they are not the obvious, generic ones and, as such, provide greater exposure and wider experience. Greensolver’s ability to be independent, yet operate in 9 European countries and have 6 European offices is very impressive, and makes them a company I wanted to be involved in. We have regular team meetings, including entire company meetings, to ensure communication and teamwork remains at its strongest and to optimize our services over all operating countries.”

Celebrating Diversity

At Greensolver we encourage diversity and we embrace different cultures. We have 40+ employees from many different countries, including; the UK, France, the Netherlands, Greece, India, Poland, Cyprus, Ghana and Spain, and our team combined can speak 7 different languages. We hope to further grow our multilingual, multi-cultural business.
