1. Terms

The website www.greensolver.net (the “Greensolver Website”) is the property  of Greensolver, a société par actions simplifiée, with a share capital of EUR 37,000, registered with the Commercial Registry of Paris under number  509 490 538

The director of the publication is Guy Auger – CEO.
The Greensolver Website is hosted by OVH, located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France.
This privacy policy can be amended or completed by Greensolver, at any time and particularly in order for Greensolver to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments that may occur. The date of update will be clearly identified at the beginning of this policy.

 

2.    Personal data

2.1.    Description

The Greensolver Website does not require visitors (the “Users”) to disclose personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address and occupation for a simple visit.
However, to obtain specific information or receive documents, the User may be asked, from the Contact and Newsletter pages only, to provide personal data. Personal data collected will be the following:

  • First and last name
  • Company
  • Email address

By providing such information (“Personal Data”), the user expressly agrees that Personal Data will be processed by Greensolver, for and only for purposes indicated as per point 2.3 detailed below. User’s browsing data are collected only for statistic reasons as described in point 2.3 detailed below.

2.3.    Personal data process

Greensolver may process Personal Data for the following purpose:

  • Provide the user with information or services requested (including: contact request, sending newsletter, commercial offers, leaflet, technical articles), and/or;
  • Collecting information that enables Greensolver to understand and therefore improve our website and/or services (through cookies)

2.3.1.    Cookies policy
When visiting Greensolver’s website a banner at the bottom of your screen informs you that browsing history may be stored in files called “cookies”. You have the right to either accept or decline cookies deposit at any time.
In the case of acceptance, Greensolver, as publisher of this website, may proceed to the implementation of a cookies on your device’s hard drive (computer, tablet, mobile…) to ensure a smooth and optimal navigation on our website. As a reminder, cookies are small text files of limited size that allow us to recognize your device.
Information collected through cookies do not allow us to identify you by name, in any way. Cookies on Greensolver’s website are only used to measure the audience of our website and none of these information will be sent to a third party. We kept cookies for a period of 26 months through Google Analytics.

2.4.    Recipient

Personal Data provided through our website is only intended for the use of Greensolver which is responsible for their management and conservation. Personal Data will not be disclosed, assigned, exchanged or rented to third parties except for third parties hosting the website or involved in its content or management. These third parties are required to respect the confidentiality of the data and in any case, cannot be used for any purpose other than the operation or management of the Greensolver Website. Greensolver agrees to take all reasonable measures at its disposal to protect the confidentiality of Personal Data.

2.5.    Data retention

Personal Data collected through the Greensolver Website, and connection data in particular are gathered by Greensolver only for the duration necessary for the process as described in article 2.3 above and which will not exceed 26 months.

2.6.    Rights

According to the French law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, every User benefits from a right of access, rectification, portability and/or deletion with regard to Personal Data.
For Personal Data gathered through the Greensolver Website, this right may be exercised:

  • Directly on the website via our contact page; or
  • By writing directly an email to our Data Controller  ;or
  • By writing to our headquarters’ address, stated in the Terms of this notice.

Due to Greensolver’s obligation in terms of security & confidentiality in processing personal data, Users are informed that such requests will be processed provided that a proof of identity is provided (scan or photocopy of valid ID).
We reserve the right to oppose requests that can be considered abusive due to the volume or the repetitive or systematic nature, of the requests.

2.7.    Response time

We commit to answer any right of access, rectification, portability and/or deletion of data or any other request, within one (1) week following receipt.

2.8.    Complaint to authority

If you ever consider that Greensolver does not respect its obligations with regard to your Personal Data, a complaint can be made to the competent authority. In France, the competent authority is the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). 3.    User obligations

The User must respect the provisions of the aforementioned law, the violation of which is punishable by law. They must refrain, from collecting, or misusing any information to which they have access, and generally, any act likely to infringe the privacy or reputation of individuals.

 

4.    Applicable law

These Conditions are subject to French law. The majority of the Greensolver Website content is offered in French, English and Dutch. In the event of discrepancy, the French language shall prevail.

 

5.    Liability

Greensolver makes no warranty regarding the content of the Greensolver Website, including warranties of quality, adaptation to a specific use, of ownership or lack of counterfeit. In addition, Greensolver excludes all liability whatsoever in respect of any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or profit, arising out of or related to the use or operation of the Greensolver Website and content.
In addition, the Greensolver Website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.

Changes and updates are periodically added to the Greensolver Website. In this regard, Greensolver reserves the right to make changes, corrections and changes at any time.
