The event. The 27th annual conference of the Syndicat des énergies renouvelables (SER) will take place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie in Paris. Held on the eve of France’s 2027 elections, this edition — themed “2027: building the future of energy today” — will bring together policymakers, industry leaders and financial players around energy planning, financing and innovation.
