Greensolver is the New Member of the UK’s Energy Storage Network
Greensolver is pleased to announce that we are now a member of the UK’s Energy Storage Network. As the leading industry body for energy storage in the UK, REGEN brings together more than 100 organisations working to develop, operate and supply storage across the GB market.
Greensolver will bring its technical and financial BESS expertise to the Energy Storage Network. With our current BESS asset management portfolio of 1.6GWh and 8GWh of BESS technical due diligence experience, we look forward to sharing practical insights to help shape this fast-growing industry. We are excited to collaborate with other members to strengthen best practices for BESS in the UK, in line with our mission to mitigate risks and optimise revenues for storage assets.
Why this matters
Battery energy storage is becoming a key part of the UK energy system. As the country continues to expand renewable generation and flexibility needs increase, BESS plays a growing role in grid balancing, system stability and revenue optimisation.
In that context, strong industry coordination matters. Joining the Energy Storage Network is a natural step for Greensolver as we continue to support the development of a more mature, resilient and bankable UK storage market.
A long-standing presence in the UK market
This new membership also reflects Greensolver’s established presence in the UK over recent years. Through our work with investors, lenders, owners and operators, we have built practical experience across the full lifecycle of storage assets, from technical advisory to operational oversight.
By joining the network, we will contribute real world, field-based expertise to the conversations that will help define the next phase of BESS growth in the UK.
What Greensolver brings
Our contribution is rooted in real project experience. We support storage stakeholders with technical advice, risk management and asset optimisation, helping them improve performance and protect long-term value.
As a member of the Energy Storage Network, Greensolver looks forward to working with peers across the sector to support high standards and practical best practices for UK BESS.
Conclusion
Greensolver’s membership in the Energy Storage Network reflects both the growing importance of BESS in the UK and our commitment to supporting the market with proven technical and financial expertise. As the sector continues to scale, combining operational experience, risk mitigation and revenue optimisation will be essential.
