We are looking for a Business Development intern to join our London office for 6 months.

As part of our Business Development team, your main tasks will be:

  • Participating in the development of the commercial strategy of the company
  • Prospecting potential clients (investment funds, banks and project developers)
  • Drafting client offers
  • Organising sales actions via the CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Analysis of sales performance in a monthly reporting (KPI)
  • Support in the launch of our commercial activity in other regions (the Netherlands, Poland…)
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with the organisation and set-up of internal events and Greensolver attendance at external conferences and exhibitions
  • Administrative duties

You will be working closely with the Business Development Manager and the Marketing Manager. You will also be working with the operations and advisory teams, made up of engineers, in order to best answer our clients’ requests.

As part of your role, you may be asked to travel within the London area to client meetings.

Experience: Previous experience or internship in sales is desirable

Professional skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (you will be required to work with staff across our offices and will be contacting clients)

Role: Greensolver is looking for an Asset Manager & Finance Analyst for its growing Porto office.

The Asset Manager & Finance Analyst role will consist in assisting all financial aspects required from the assigned customer portfolio as follows:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting of the portfolio
  • Analyzing and updating the financial models for the operating assets
  • Performs ratio calculations of assets
  • Assisting in the preparation of SPV’s Operating Budgets and Cash Flow
  • Tracks and delivers covenants as required
  • Following up on the monthly production billing
  • Contract Management of the portfolio
  • Interfacing with relevant stakeholders (i.e. customers and lenders)
  • Following up on purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing

Qualifications / Experience

We are currently looking for a Senior Advisory Due Diligence Consultant and Wind Specialist to join our Advisory team in the UK. The aim of this position is to develop the UK Advisory office by not only providing technical and commercial expertise, but also by developing the UK business. This Advisor will have a central role in carrying out the company’s technical audits, particularly in Wind Energy (but also PV and BESS), and will be responsible for growing the company’s network and potentially heading up a dedicated team. Mastery of the tools needed to carry out wind audits is necessary to enable growth in this field of expertise.

The position should preferably be based in London, but teleworking elsewhere in UK is a possibility; the choice will be made by the candidate.

The Advisory Due Diligence Consultant and Wind Specialist will involve :

Carrying out technical due diligence on wind, solar and energy storage projects, including (but not limited to) project management, client relations, deliverability studies or reviews of the various project contracts, and the technical expertise required to produce the reports

Carrying out pre- and post-construction wind energy deliverability studies, including in particular :

  • Carrying out analyses and reviews of the wind resource, life time assessment, energy deliverability, installed capacity, wind farm configuration and site selection for proposed wind farms, particularly for new markets.
  • Reviewing the design and equipment of wind farms.
  • Communicate with turbine manufacturers regarding technological options and the appropriateness of the choice of turbines.
  • Analyse and report on site measurements, including mast, SODAR, LIDAR and production data.
  • Produce bankable wind deposit and deliverable reports with the highest possible accuracy. These are delivered in accordance with mission deadlines. This applies to both pre-construction and post-construction deliverability analyses.
  • Review and provide analysis of third party reports.
  • Review data, deliverability reports and site condition reports for potential project acquisitions.
  • Review the performance of wind farms in operation.

Carrying out Business Development mission to extend Greensolver’s Market Share in the UK:
