Responsibilities:

As part of the company’s technical team and working closely with stakeholders, the technician will:

  • Organize and execute visual park (wind and solar) inspections and write visit reports
  • Look for technical improvement solutions
  • Ensure HSE plans signatures coordination: Drafting and organization of the signatures of the H&S plans
  • Follow-up of the various working groups concerning safety within professional associations (SER, FEE, etc.)
  • Provide technical monitoring of wind and solar installations during on-call service
  • Coordinate the maintenance of HV electrical installations

The post will involve regular travel to production sites in France and also abroad.

Climbing wind turbines will be necessary. This post is therefore not recommended for people susceptible to dizziness or with cardiac problems.

On-call duty, covering one weekend out of eight, is to be expected (on-call by telephone, not requiring travel).

 

Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electrotechnical/Automatic Control and/or complemented by a renewable energy qualification.

Languages: French and English mandatory;

More than one years’ experience in the REN sector and more specifically in wind turbine inspection/maintenance.

Good knowledge of the Pack Office.

Poste et mission

Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d’Opération et Maintenance avec au moins un an d’expérience. Intégrant l’équipe technique de la société et en étroite collaboration avec les différents intervenants, le/la Chargé(e) d’Opération et Maintenance aura pour missions d’:

  • Organiser et exécuter les inspections visuelles puis rédiger des rapports de visite
  • Rechercher des solutions d’amélioration technique
  • Suivi des divers groupes de travail sur la sécurité au sein des organisations professionnelles (SER, FEE, etc.)
  • Coordonner la maintenance des installations électriques HTA
  • Gérer les signatures des plans de prévention Hygiène et Sécurité: rédaction et organisation des signatures des différents fournisseurs et prestataires HSE
  • Assurer le suivi technique des installations éoliennes et solaires pendant les astreintes téléphoniques
  • Effectuer des audits externes (missions ponctuelles)

Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir sur les lieux de production en France mais aussi à l’étranger

Des ascensions d’éoliennes seront à effectuer. Ce travail est donc déconseillé aux personnes sujettes aux vertiges ou ayant des troubles cardiaques.

Une astreinte hebdomadaire englobant un week-end sur huit est à prévoir (astreinte téléphonique ne nécessitant aucun déplacement).

 

Profil

Bac +2 en maintenance ou tout autre domaine technique exigé, Licence en ENR souhaitée.

Expérience de plus de un an dans le secteur des ENR et plus spécifiquement dans l’inspection/la maintenance des éoliennes.

We are currently seeking a Wind Farm Asset / Analyst Manager in our London office.

Job Description

As part of the Greensolver’s technical team and working closely with stakeholders the core is to deliver control, technical resilience and robust reporting to portfolios of mainly wind assets throughout the UK. This role will ensure performance is optimized across a client’s portfolio by maximizing up time with strong management of service providers (e.g. O&M’s), issue resolution, driving performance and quality improvements.

This role has aspects that are broader than just a technical function including supporting the implementation of quality systems and processes which deliver performance improvements. To this end, there will be an opportunity to lead on a number of strategic projects to support change.

The Wind Farm Asset / Analyst Manager will:

  • Be the first point of contact for a client portfolio
  • Carry out technical monitoring for wind farms (including high voltage)
  • Manage supplier and service-provider relations
  • Identify technical improvement solutions
  • Prepare technical reports for clients
  • Monitor contractual obligations: maintenance, insurance, Health and Safety …
  • Carry out from time to time external audits

H&S Manager

We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join our UK team.

Job Description

As part of the Greensolver’s technical team you will work along side the UK technical asset management team to support them in the H&S of Wind Farms and Solar Parks. Assisting them in safety protocols and legal requirements. Conducting the relevant training for staff, as well as risk assessments, and advising clients on H&S.

The H&S Manager will:

  • Overall responsibility and compliance of the Company’s H&S, making sure staff are aware of the importance and follow safety protocol. Implement practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices in the workplace.
  • Advise Clients on all aspects of Health & Safety.
  • Take ownership of CDM projects
  • Conduct/organise relevant health and safety training for staff as required, including, GWO first aid and fire safety etc.
  • Conduct all “risk assessments” as required by legislation and are reviewed at relevant intervals and to maintain records of the same.
  • Conduct & carryout internal/external and compliance audits of all sites not limited to the Greensolver portfolio.
  • Carry out all risk assessments and special assessments for Greensolver/client operational requirements.
  • To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
  • Advise the Technical Director of all incidents reportable under R.I.D.D.O.R.
  • Conduct health and safety inspections and prepare reports and documents as required.
  • To identify areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance. Arrange such training/certification once identified.
  • Keep up to date with changes in current legislation and implement such changes where relevant.
  • Attend such courses/seminars run by external sources to enable accurate interpretation of legislation to enable implementation within the organisation.
  • Any other duties as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role/environment is essential.
  • Previous multi-site experience is ideal.
  • Qualification in occupational health and safety, NEBOSH national diploma is essential.
  • Understand the application of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and other legislation relevant to the Companies business.
  • Effectively influence those at a senior level.
  • Professional in their approach to dealing with issues and employees.
