Greensolver Finance, a subsidiary of Greensolver, is commissioned for two missions of accounting and commercial management in the scope of a major project for the ecological transition mainly led by Demeter Partners: the installation of electric vehicles charging stations in the heart of two major French cities!
The Ecologic Modernization of Transport Fund (FMET), managed by Demeter Partners, is on all fronts and works for the progress of the ecological transition.
The FMET promises to install, by 2021, electric vehicle charging stations in two major French metropolitan areas: Lyon and Saint-Etienne.
Greensolver Finance has been commissioned by Demeter Partners to do the administrative and accounting management of this innovative projects.
The first project on which Greensolver is solicited is a network of over 600 charging points for electric vehicles in the territory of the Metropolitan area of Lyon. This project, currently under development, is carried out by the FMET and Izivia, a subsidiary of EDF dedicated to mobility.
The second project is a network of 100 charging stations for electric vehicles in the metropolis of Saint-Étienne, which is also currently being developed.
Greensolver Finance provides these two projects with its know-how developed over the past 10 years, including its mastery of financial structuring and infrastructure project financing mechanisms which make it the ideal partner for the actors of this sector. Originally specialized in renewable energies, Greensolver Finance is now moving to electric mobility and is proud to be able to take part in these two very innovative projects in the mobility sector.
