Greensolver are pleased to welcome onboard our newest member of the team, Sarah Lancaster! As Head of Sales UK & Ireland, Sarah will lead the promotion of all our services, whilst expanding our client network, focusing specifically on the UK and Irish renewable energy markets. She will also be responsible for looking at other markets, on a global basis, as and when required.
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience within sales, commercial, and financial roles, of which over 6 of these have been in the renewable energy industry. This has included both onshore and offshore wind organisations, dealing with asset management, advisory, blade services, O&M and construction.
Furthermore, Sarah is personally invested in inspiring the next generation of women to enter the world of renewables through her support at WiMe (an initiative that supports, encourages and inspires females within the engineering and manufacturing industry). Sarah states: When the opportunity at Greensolver arose, I welcomed the progression in my career with both arms. It’s an exciting time to really get behind the growth of the company, help deliver sales for the team and develop new services.
I’m also looking forward to getting out and meeting clients, building relationships and getting to know people. I’m a sociable person so building relationships with key clients is something I consider very important. I also like attending conferences and events, learning about industry news and networking. »
