Greensolver are delighted to announce the new appointment of Alexandre Soroko as Head of our Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Advisory department. His financial and regulatory background, along with his in-depth knowledge of the energy markets and offtake arrangements, has helped contribute to the success and added value on signed PPAs of various kinds.
The role will cover the advising of power purchase agreement, as well as new development services. This will include the likes of PPA structuration, pricing, assessment, optimisation, processes and conducting the negotiation on behalf of our customers. His past experience also enables him to advise on storage and hydrogen projects structuration and implementation.
Alexandre has worked in the energy industry for over 15 years’ and is already well-connected in the renewable energy market, with developers, IPPs, investors and lenders alike, as well as with large offtakers. His vast experience will also be used across Greensolver company-wide, offering PPA services to our clients, current and new.
